Val Kahmann
Vice President
Val has earned over 35 years of experience in Construction & Real Estate Lending and Banking, with demonstrated history in financial controls. Her ability to leverage her industry experience to help her clients accomplish their goals has made her into a trusted partner in every community in which she has lived and operated. She possesses a keen eye for elegant design and decor that elevates the aesthetic of our homes to maximize visual appeal. Val has a passion for giving back to people and her community alongside her love for outdoor scenic photography and traveling with her husband.
Kourtney Parks
CFO & Project Manager
Kourtney contributes 15 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Service, and Sales & Marketing. She is detail-oriented and an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills that support the success of our projects and our customers. Kourtney has a passion for coaching youth girls soccer and basketball and enjoys traveling the world experiencing different cultures and communities.
Mitch Parks
Sales & Special Projects
Mitch contributes over 10 years of experience in Business-to-Business and Direct-to-Consumer sales channels, Marketing & Brand Development, Website Design, Administration, Product Development, and Relationship Management within multiple industries. He leverages this variety of experience to enhance business efficiencies and streamline strategic initiatives.
Jason Davis
Lead Carpenter
With nearly 30 years of well-rounded experience in construction - from carpentry to concrete to project management and field supervision - Jason leverages his skills and ambition to help bring our projects across the finish line. Jason is a clear communicator who maintains a reputation for excellence, integrity, and top quality. His experience designing and building custom residential projects helps our team meet the needs of our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Alex Sinclair
Field Project Manager
Alex adds over 30 years of experience in both Residential & Commercial builds to our team, working on multi-million dollar development projects in and around Jackson with strong attention to detail and an eye for operational efficiency alongside his deep skill in custom carpentry. Alex is a dedicated husband and father with a passion for anything that has a motor in it. As the current president of the local snowmobile club “Top Of The Rockies”, Alex enjoys the outdoors while also volunteering in the community alongside his wife and daughter.
